DEALCOHOLISATION: Señorio de la Tautila Airen, has been produced through a method known as vacuum distillation at low temperature, the most traditional and least aggressive method of dealcoholisation. With this “deconstruction”, it minimises the risk of loss of the wine’s aromatic components.
